It is bad advise to be told that your service should be reversed.  I see 100% of my patients back within 7 to 10 days after an undereye filler treatment. I will see little issues that my patients miss.  At a week after treatment, it is so easy to roll out little issues.  After a couple of weeks, these products are harder to manipulate but a service can easily be feathered if necessary with injections of tiny amounts of of the enzyme of hyaluronidase.  Rather then get hustled into a whirlwind of wrong services, get your current service adjusted.  If your injector is not up to this task, find another injector.  Based on the slight residual bruising you have, wait about 4 days for this to clear.  Once the bruising is gone, it will still take a few days for the swelling associated with the bruise.  At that point, you are ready to have whatever other issues that are present ironed out.

Hello and thank you for your question.  This looks like mild bruising that will resolve within 7-10 days or sooner. Some people find that Arnica or Bromelain help speed the healing process.  

Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photographs. It seems that you have delayed bruising which is not unusual. It should resolve within a few days. Some patients find Arnica gel beneficial in resolving the bruise quicker. Good luck,

This may be bruising. I would wait a full two weeks after your touch-up before assessing your results. If you're unhappy with your result, you can have the filler reversed with hyaluronidase. Hope this helps.
