Isn't bromelain and anti inflammatory? Cant this thin the blood and cause more bruising? Is Bromelain safe to use before Botox and fillers? If so, how many days should I use Arnica and Bromelain before and fillers?

Answer: Bromolin and arnica prior to procedures to improve healing? Bromolin needs to be started a few days prior to a procedure to help but arnica can be started at the time of injections. Neither will thin the blood. All anti-inflammatories don't necessarily lead to blood thinning. Arnica is not stored in the body and doesn't help to take before bruising occurs.

Answer: Bromelain and Arnica for Fillers Bromelain is anti inflammatory but is not a member of the NSAID (Non Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drug) family which can increase bleeding or bruising. It also reduces bruising and speeds its resolution as does Arnica. For these reasons, we highly recommend both before and for several days after any filler.
