Are there any non-surgical alternatives to buccal fat removal or facial liposculpture?

Hi. I have very chubby cheeks that make me look much fatter than I actually is. Also, my parents have chubby cheeks as well, so I think I have the genes for fat cheeks. Doctors suggested me undergoing procedures to get rid of my facial fat. But I am afraid of going under the knife. Are there any non-surgical ways to do it? Thanks!
