What's the best cosmetic surgery to achieve sunken cheeks?

I've always desired that hollowed cheek look. I don't know what procedures can achieve this. Perhaps buccal fat reduction? Thank you.

Fullness of the anterior lower cheeks ( chubby cheeks)are usually hereditary  and resistant to decrease with diet and exercise. Buccal fat removal is the plastic surgery procedure that removes the fullness of the chubby cheeks. In patients candidates that have normal to low body fat, removal of the entire buccal fat pad could deliver a sunken facial appearance ( like some models do look like)

Buccal fat reduction can reduce the "chubby" cheek look. It is very important to be conservative because a great result today can look very hollow and unhealthy 10-20 years down the road. The answer really depends upon how you define sunken. A conservative reduction in buccal fat can look great in properly selected patients but excessive fat removal is a bad idea.
