I am in my mid 20s. A couple of years ago I had a scar revision surgery to minimize the size of a scar I have as a result as brain surgery. However, I am getting older now and starting to lose my hair. It is getting difficult now to cover up the scar that is on the back of my head. Besides getting another scar revision surgery, is scalp micropigmentation another option for people with brain surgery scars to cover up theirs scars?

You can consider Scalp Micropigmentation SMP after your scalp has healed from surgery. The time frame is generally up to the doctor who will be performing the SMP.
SMP can be done before or after transplant, and it depends on your goals. If you are looking to see if SMP may camouflage your loss enough to not need a transplant, then it would make sense to do it before considering transplant and would still be practical to have a transplant later...
Blake, Scalp Micro Pigmentation is great toll to cover up the scars. As long as the scar is healed 100%, then SMP can be done. Ask your doctor first before you proceed.
