I had a lollipop breast lift(do not want implants) and it's somewhat droopy still forward, but I've consulted with a few doctors now and they say it is fine. The thing that is still bothering me the most is when I lean over they still look like saggy sausages and sideways they look terrible as well. The only way they look ok is when I'm completely standing/sitting up. Is this something that the anchor lift would have fixed? Is the underneath scar worth it for this?

A vertical lift will have a lollipop shaped scar and the standard lift will leave the anchor shaped scar. The difference is the incision in the infra mammary fold.I recommend sub pectoral placement of a silicone implant for most patients. Especially if the tissue is thin. The type of lift...
