I still have sagging breasts when laying sideways and leaning over after breast lift. Any suggestions?

I had a lollipop breast lift(do not want implants) and it's somewhat droopy still forward, but I've consulted with a few doctors now and they say it is fine. The thing that is still bothering me the most is when I lean over they still look like saggy sausages and sideways they look terrible as well. The only way they look ok is when I'm completely standing/sitting up. Is this something that the anchor lift would have fixed? Is the underneath scar worth it for this?
