I had rhinoplasty done 4 days ago and masterbated today. I am very worried that I damaging the healing process by increasing my blood pressure - should I be this worried?

This is a rather peculiar question. Having an orgasm would have no effect on a rhinoplasty but the path taken to achieve it might.

The increase in blood pressure and heart rate during masturbation does not affect the healing and is unlikely to increase chance of bleeding at 4-days post-op rhinoplasty.

Dear Andie, We ask patients to refrain from activities that increase their body temperature and/or elevate their blood pressure in the beginning weeks of recovery from rhinoplasty surgery. Orgasm will increase the blood flow in the body however I would not be overtly concerned you have caused any excess swelling from your activity.
