How long should I wait to consider revising lateral crural strut grafts? (Photos)

I had a septorhinoplasty 19 months ago where LCSGs were sutured in with 5-0 Vicryl. I do not like how wide they make my nose, how stiff and uncomfortable they feel, and the subtle asymmetry on the sides. Is it uncommon to have LCSGs removed for the reasons above? Or difficult? Thank you in advance.
