Hello, I had primary rhinoplasty last Sept. I've noticed I have a small residual hump either as a result of my healing process or the bone not being rasped quite enough. I respect my surgeon; he is leaving it up to me to decide whether or not I would prefer a touch-up after the 1 year mark. I would prefer a more curved-in look, but I am quite nervous about the risks associated with a secondary procedure. Are the risks the same or less and what would you recommend after seeing my photos? Thank you!!
