Hi there, thank you for your photos and question. It is possible to decrease your nasal tip rotation and work towards a slightly more rounded nasal tip. Decreasing the nasal tip rotation likely will require some additional changes to your profile (like decreasing the nasal bridge to match the new nasal tip position). The photos you provided give a good direction of the changes you are looking for. It is possible to lengthen a nose and to de rotate the tip.  This would also de project your tip a little and so to avoid producing a convex profile you would need the bridge lowering as well.  This is complex surgery and your thin skin risks showing up irregularities after bridge lowering.  Make sure you consult a very experienced surgeon and be sure you know the risks as you have an attractive nose now even though it is not what you want.  Good luck.
