What is the best, long lasting and reversible way to fill buccal areas? (Photo)

I have prominent cheekbones and plump cheeks but severe fat loss in buccal area made my face more triangular and longer looking with exaggerated cheeks. So I recently had sculptra with 2cc on each side of the buccal to achieve Selena gomez's no definition cheeks but buccal is still hollow after months. What is the best, long lasting and reversible filler for this area at this point? I'm a little concerned with potential complications with sculptra esp since it is not reversible. Thanks.
