I did the bucala removal 4 days ago I know I need to be patient my face doesn't look so swollen anymore but I can't see my dimples my dr says give it time but someone please give me feedback is there any chance I ruined my dimples :/

Buccal fat removal is generally associated with minimal swelling in 90% of the patients. In 10% of the patients the swelling is severe and could lasts for several days. Therefore either mild or severe facial swelling post buccal fat removal are normal post surgical findings.

Buccal fat removal is associated with most of the time mild swelling that lasts for few days. In 10% of the patients, the swelling is severe to the point they look like chipmunks and lasts for several days up to more than a week. The resolution of the swelling depends on the patient's healing...
