Hello, This is a rather odd situation but basically I had my buccal fat removed and everything seemed to be going ok a few weeks after the surgery, but then i began retaining water in my cheeks from a hole in my cheek cause by the surgery. I managed to take the liquid out of the cheeks (after 30 hours of labor) from the small hole, one push and spit at a time. Now I just need help with how to deal with this, how do i get the remaining water removed and what to do to prevent this problem?
