What can be done for facial fat each side of the nose?

For questions of this nature, it would be useful to know your age, and it would be particularly helpful for you to include a picture to allow us to see the areas to which  you are referring.  In the absence of that, I will infer that since y you are complaining about fat on each each side of your nose, what you term your "inner cheeks", the excess volume in this area will not be helped by removal of the buccal fat pad.  Although we do not perform this often, it is actually possible to perform careful liposuction of this area with small cannulas, depending on the problem we are trying to treat.  Another possible option might be serial injections of deoxycholic acid, but it is hard to know without examining you. One often overlooked solution is also weight loss, particularly if you are overweight, as this might change the contour and volume of the soft tissues of your face. You would be best served by a consultation with a plastic surgeon to address your concerns.
