I am downsizing my implants and using GalaFlex mesh for support. I am growing concerned because I have come across a few women on social media who have opted for explantation and removal of the mesh after 1 year. They attribute pain to the mesh. They are unable to wear a bra because touch is painful, and they can feel every inch of the mesh. Have you had any conversations with your patients 1+ year post op after using the mesh and are they reporting any such issues or consistent pain?
