Hi, would a mastopexy be advisable for this degree of ptosis or would it be not be bad enough for that yet? I'm thinking perhaps the HP implant is attributing to the aesthetic here? Can a lower profile implant be used in the future to improve this? Would it be possible to potentially lower the implant so it fills out the inferior pole? Thanks in advance.
