Is this lateral displacement? And will I benefit from pocket tightening? (Photo)

March 22, 2021

Hi Surgeons, I am currently 6months post op from a breast augmentation, 375cc HP Subfascial placement. As you can see in the photo my implants fall to the sides why lying down. I'm happy with them when I am upright as I did have a wide cleavage to start but I can't bear the look of them when I'm lay down. Would pocket tightening help & would this compromise the amount of side boob when I'm stood upright? Also, the scar on my right breast is very red & uneven, can this be fixed? Thank you
