Still no cleavage/upper fullness. What can I do next? (Photo)

You have heavy breast tissue and some bottoming out of your implants, and I correct this using the Original Internal Bra, my strong permanent internal suturing technique. I first developed this technique 20 years ago, and today it is the most common revision I perform, 5-6 times a week- it works and it lasts! I would also switch you to overfilled saline implants- that's the only way you're going to get the upper pole fullness you want!

Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.

First, you are far from being flat. Second, if you go larger, your tissue may not support the additional weight. I would suggest that you let things heal for now.
