Still no cleavage/upper fullness. What can I do next? (Photo)

Last year I went for a breast lift with 325 cc's, Motiva Round implants. 8 Months post op my breast increased in size & started sagging again.Went back to the dr & she suggested that we do a breast reduction surgery. I had my breast reduction 4 weeks ago & I'm STILL not satisfied. My chest is COMPLETELY flat & I do not have any cleavage whatsoever. The more time goes by, the flatter my breasts look on the chest.I don't have a clue what to do next as these 2 surgeries already cost me a fortune.

Good afternoon!
You have heavy breast tissue and some bottoming out of your implants, and I correct this using the Original Internal Bra, my strong permanent internal suturing technique. I first developed this technique 20 years ago, and today it is the most common revision I perform, 5-6 times a week- it works and it lasts! I would also switch you to overfilled saline implants- that's the only way you're going to get the upper pole fullness you want!

breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery.Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size.While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.

First, you are far from being flat. Second, if you go larger, your tissue may not support the additional weight. I would suggest that you let things heal for now.
