Assuming that the implants you had removed were under the muscle.Also assuming that the capsule was not removed, and the muscle was re-attached to the chest wall.If that is the case then neither re-implantation nor a lift (which you do not need), will resolve the problem of animation with contracting the pectoralis muscle.Seen at least two cases like yours that were corrected by surgery to release the breast tissue from the muscle and remove the remaining capsule and re-attach the muscle to the chest wall. In person examination is needed to make the proper diagnosis and plan of correction.

At three years post op you are seeing final results and it's unlikely that you will have improvement without intervention. It would be preferable I understand for correction without further surgery but realistically it will take that level of intervention for improvement. I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options.

Your muscle still appears to be somewhat attached to your breast tissue. Surgery could release that with even some fat grafting to minimize the risk of occurrence.
