Can my asymmetry be improved? A lip lift?

There really isn't enough information provided to answer your question. Lip lifts can be used to improve symmetry, but without photos and more information, one cannot say if you are a good candidate or if it is indicated for you in particular. Also, sometimes undoing work that accentuates asymmetry is a good place to start. Again, I cannot say if this is the case for you without photos or seeing you in person.
