I'm a female getting a lip lift in 6 weeks. What length should my philtrum be in mm? (Photo)

I'm a 31 year old female. I measured my philtrum today and it is 22 mm long, which is ridiculously long. I read that the ideal female philtrum is 11-13 mm, is this true? Should I tell my surgeon that I want him to make my philtrum 12 mm in length??
