Sail excision procedure for hanging/hooded alars is often done for Asian noses, but I have yet to see information about it on an American's surgeon's website. Are there US doctors out there that perform this? Can alar sail excisions alone make the nostrils sides appear smaller? Picture of what excision I'm talking about is attached.
