What's the burning feeling after Fat Transfer? When should it go away?

I had a ETT & BBL (fat transfer to hips as well) 1 year ago and from time to time I feel my right hip get hot. It doesn't feel hot to the touch, it just burns a bit inside. The feeling is very sporadic. Not painful per say, uncomfortable. What could it be?

There shouldnt be any issue starting non steroidal anti inflammatories at this stage.At one week post of there shoudnt be any significant  increased sleeding risk

Can adding patient's own fresh blood to the centrifuged fat increase the chances of more fat survival?

Nobody has demonstrated conclusively and validated by independent investigators shown that adding blood to fat will increase the chance of more fat survival.

Most likely you have just prolonged your recovery with regards to bruising and swelling.  There is not a clear answer as to the proper protocol for fat transfer.  You should discuss this with your surgeon.
