I had a ETT & BBL (fat transfer to hips as well) 1 year ago and from time to time I feel my right hip get hot. It doesn't feel hot to the touch, it just burns a bit inside. The feeling is very sporadic. Not painful per say, uncomfortable. What could it be?

Answer: What's the burning feeling after Fat Transfer? When should it go away?
There shouldnt be any issue starting non steroidal anti inflammatories at this stage. At one week post of there shoudnt be any significant increased sleeding risk
To increase the uptake of the fat, you would want as much of the blood and other proteins removed. There is no convincing data to show otherwise.
There is no medical evidence that any changes in blood pressure affect how well fat grafts take. This is certainly true for high blood pressure where perfusion pressures are high. It may be different in low blood pressure but then one would have other more important problems.
