What's the burning feeling after Fat Transfer? When should it go away?

I had a ETT & BBL (fat transfer to hips as well) 1 year ago and from time to time I feel my right hip get hot. It doesn't feel hot to the touch, it just burns a bit inside. The feeling is very sporadic. Not painful per say, uncomfortable. What could it be?
