The texture on my cheeks appears different due to the pigmentation, almost resembling a shadow. When I pull the skin taut, the visibility diminishes, leading me to question whether it's truly pigment-related or possibly linked to the natural structure of my cheeks. I'm actively searching for treatment for reddness/hyperpigmentation, particularly on the cheeks. Although it may appear subtle in photos, it's more pronounced in reality.

Answer: Pigment and Vascular Lesions Pigment and vascular lesions have a variety of options depending on the type and depth of the lesions. Also very important to consider a patient’s natural skin type an exposure to the sun. Generally speaking vascular lesions have certain gold standard lasers such as Pulse Dye, ect. Pigmented lesions can be treated with a variety of wavelinks both lasers and lights. It would truly be best to go to a physician or very experienced laser aesthetician and they can examine your skin in person and determine what the best treatment would be. Sometimes a simple series of intense pulse light treatments that start out mild to more aggressive could be best for a mixed pigment situation. But you have to be careful with darker skin types. Great providers that have a multitude of treatment options should be able to offer you IPL’s, Pulse Dye lasers, 1064’s, chemical, peels, good skin, care, and others.
