Can Polynucleotide Injections make a future facelift difficult?

Baja_Bound
I understand that Sculptra and a thread lift can alter the skin tissue underneath and make a facelift risky and more difficult. What about injections of polynucleotides? I've had a few treatments and really like how much fuller my under eyes have become.  My injector also does exosomes, placenta and PDRN. Can any of these make a future facelift more difficult?
