Can Polynucleotide Injections make a future facelift difficult?

No—polynucleotide injections do not make a future facelift difficult. These treatments work by improving skin quality, hydration, and cellular repair. They don’t add permanent volume, don’t create scar tissue in the deeper surgical planes, and don’t alter the anatomy a facelift surgeon works on (SMAS, fat pads, ligaments).

There are many new injectable treatments that are being used in the face and undereye area that we don't know much about, and some of them are not tested or approved for injection at all. While I do not believe the substances you mentioned will make a face lift more difficult (by nature of them not containing permanent or semi-permanent particulate matter), they may have other deleterious effects. I recommend asking your provider what the safety data is and if there are any long term studies on the products they are recommending.
