Hello I’m 36 year old female. I’m 5’7” and weight 138 pounds. I went through tummy tuck, Lopo & butt augmentation 350cc procedure a year ago. I’ve noticed that whenever I make certain movements (squats, bending or leg movements). I’m able to see the implant and it seems it’s far more up and sitting on the top side of my bum . I feel it should be more lower towards the but cheek? I also notice from a side angle my lower part looks saggy and flat not as round as I wanted. Should I go bigger or FG.

Depending on how much fat you have left a fat transfer to the hips might be a good solution. Buttock implant removal will make your buttock softer and more natural but smaller. It really depends on what your goals are. Be sure to choose a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in this...
I always dissect the pocket for the implant, so that the pocket is just barely large enough to accommodate the implant. This allows for less freedom of movement. You would need to return to the board certified plastic surgeon who placed your implants for advice.
