When you get older and you have implants in your bottom what kind of garment will keep implants from going down?

In general, buttock implants properly placed within the gluteal muscles age much better than the buttock skin itself. This is because the muscles maintain their bony attachments unlike the skin which is held by much weaker ligaments and which thus succumbs to effects of gravity much more over time and aging. Although a garment may look better while you have it on, there is no garment that will otherwise prevent implants that are improperly placed and truly sagging over time. I always dissect the pocket for the implant, so that the pocket is just barely large enough to accommodate the implant. This allows for less freedom of movement. You would need to return to the board certified plastic surgeon who placed your implants for advice.

I would suggest wearing spanx or biker shorts if you need some support. The garment should fit snug but comfortable. No need to wear it to sleep. Hope this helps!
