Hello, and thank you for your question. Sometimes it is normal to feel filler, but you should not always be able to see the filler. It appears the filler needs to be dissolved and that can be done in a simple procedure which involves an enzyme that breaks down the filler. Sometimes, multiple sessions may be needed to dissolve the filler, depending on the type and amount. I would recommend seeing a practitioner who specializes in filler placement as well as dissolving filler. Hope this helps!

Seeing the 2 posted photos you are having a granulomatous reaction to the fillers. You did not specify which filler was used? I treat these with in office ultrasound examination first (fee $500).
