I had Vollure under my eyes and Volbella in my lips and loved the results for a year and a half with no issues. I then had dental surgery and then a virus . Then I had a late onset reaction . Swelling making it look like a nodule. I let it run its course and my tech did a couple rounds to dissolve some of it and all iswell now. My question is .. can I use these same fillers again ? I really love the results more than other fillers I've tried. No more dental surgery planned . Thanks in advance!!

Answer: Vollure/Juvederm Hello, Thank you for your question! I would highly recommend consulting with an experienced injector in your area. Illness could account for reactions at the site of filler placement and pose a possible risk of inducing hypersensitivity. With the virus you encountered during your prior treatment along with the dental surgery our bodies react differently. I would recommend starting again with only 1 syringe maximum with a longer period of a light massage to the area to help integrate the filler with your natural tissue. Follow your expert injectors advice. I hope this helps you!

Answer: Yes You can use the same filler again and see if you respond well to it. If you don't get it dissolved and try a different one. What you are experiencing can happen with any filler, just be sure to let your doctor know and let them tell you what they suggest.
