These procedures are commonly performed together. It's a generally safe combination as long as you're healthy and the surgeon/anesthesiologist are comfortable providing the procedures.

Thank-you for your question. Abdominoplasty with 360 liposuction is often done together and can be done safely by experienced surgeons. Other procedures like Gynecomastia and liposuction may be combined if you are in good health and your surgeon is experienced and comfortable with it. Complications, however, increase when too many procedures are combined. When the concern is safety, I would recommend doing 360 liposuction with tummy tuck in one session. Other areas of liposuction with Gynecomastia can be done in a second session. Please discuss all your concerns with your Plastic surgeon who can help you make a decision. All the best!.

As long as you are in good health, I see no reason why you wouldn't be able to have all of your procedures performed at one time. It is common to perform combination body surgeries. Also, the majority of your planned surgeries involve liposuction so It may be difficult to separate the procedures. If you still have any concerns, discuss them with your surgeon but I think you should be good to proceed.

Hello, thanks for your question and photo. First, you need a complete in-person exam with a board-certified plastic surgeon to determine your health condition. Doing the three procedures in one may be the best option. You will not pay for three hospitals, facilities, and professionals. Most important, you'll have only one recovery time, and your surgeon can get a harmonic result. A tummy tuck should be performed with Liposuction, and gynecomastia combined with it can make a great torso. Consult a plastic surgeon in your area. Good luck!

To get an assessment and recommendation of what would be appropriate procedures including combination of procedures we need to see a full set of pictures and get a little more history.
I’m guessing you’ve lost some weight if you’re going to get a tummy tuck.
Weight loss patients typically have skin laxity and skin laxity lowers the potential results from Liposuction.
In general weight loss patients need more extensive skin surgery far more than they need liposuction.
This is especially true and the love handles tend not to respond well to liposuction on the male torso after weight loss. that area is far better with an extended or three-quarter or potentially a wraparound tummy tuck.
Skin laxity also significantly limits what can be done for gynecomastia surgery unless the skin laxity is taken into consideration.
Weight loss patients usually have more skin laxity issues that contribute significantly to contour then they realize.
For the Male chest there are three tissue variables to determine what it would look like. All three of these tissue layers need to be assessed in order to predict exactly what the results will look like.
They are skin laxity, subcutaneous fat and glandular tissue.
One way to make a better assessment is to put one arm behind your head. when you do that you put the skin and pectoralis muscle under tension and by doing that you can usually see the truth thickness of subcutaneous fat and how much glandular tissue you actually have. you can then see how much the contour changes as you slowly put your hand back down by your side starting with your arm behind your head. That is an excellent way to demonstrate how much skin is contributing to the contour.
I recommend all patients considering having cosmetic surgery have multiple in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons before committing to having major permanent and irreversible operations.
There’s no correct number of consultations patients should have but the more consultations you have the more likely you are to find the best provider.
To vett plastic surgeons and differentiate and find the most talented and experienced provider for your needs I recommend during each in person consultation you ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before and after pictures of each procedure you are contemplating.
Ask providers to only show you before and after pictures of previous patients who are very similar body characteristics to your own.
This means the exact same amount of skin laxity with a history of weight fluctuations or weight loss.(i’m making some assumptions because he did not mention your history of weight loss but it typically goes hand-in-hand with anybody seeking a tummy tuck.)
Being shown a handful of preselected before and after pictures which represents the best results of a providers career is totally in sufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results will look like or what results will look like based on your individual candidacy.
I recommend patients bring pictures of their own torso take them the same way plastic surgeons take before and after pictures. Print copies of pictures of yourself and use those for reference to make sure providers are showing you previous patient who had similar body characteristics to your own.
Ask providers to show you examples of excellent outcomes, average outcomes and outcomes that did not turn out as well as they had hoped for.
If you’re getting Liposuction then asked to see before and after pictures of previous patient who had liposuction with the same level of skin laxity that you have.
I say this because Liposuction tends to not give a good result in men who have skin laxity issues.
For reference and experience surgeon should have no difficulty showing you at least 50 set a before and after pictures of commonly performed procedures. Male procedures are not as common as female procedures. typically over 90% of patients seeking a tummy tuck and or Liposuction will be female patients. Obviously gynecomastia is 100% male patient oriented.
Look very carefully at all before and after pictures to make sure the results are lined up with your expectations looking very carefully at the before pictures to make sure they are representative of what your body looks like.
I generally recommend patient schedule at least five consultations to help find the most talented and experience provider but consider having more if you have any questions.
The number of procedures you have listed is fairly typical but a lot depends on how detail oriented or how aggressive your surgeon is going to be doing the procedures.
Quality work takes time and the best plastic surgeons tend to be detail oriented.
My biggest concern for you is that you may not be as good of a candidate for the procedures you are describing especially gynecomastia and body contouring of your love handles and back side.
There’s a lot of information to take into consideration and there is no simple yes or no answer to your question.
My best recommendation is to always have multiple consultations and when in doubt slow down and schedule more consultations.
Find the right plastic surgeon and everything falls into place.
This includes getting an accurate assessment and with it a very clear explanation of exactly what can and cannot be accomplished with the scheduled procedures based on numerous before and after pictures of previous patients who match your candidacy accurately.
