Hello, you could do a Fat Transfer over the implants in areas that are lacking volume. We often transfer the Upper Pole and Cleavage to create a natural look with a great shape all under the Awake/Local Anesthesia setting.
Dear Gentle817364,fat transfer can help with fullness, but it will not lift them. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Your breasts are widely separated and the nipple-areola complexes are asymmetrical. I recommend a circumareola approach to move the nipple-areola complexes more medially, you need lateral plication of the pocket, extension of the pocket and possible fat grafts done medially.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
If you have any donor fat, then it could be helpful. However, with your anatomy, your breasts will not sit closer together.
Dear Gentle,In general, yes, fat grafting can be used to create more breast fullness and cleavage. However, there are several concerns. First, you need to have fat somewhere on your body to harvest as donor fat. Secondly, you will have to worry about your breast implants being damaged by the fat transfer process. Finally, you look to have a very nice result and might consider larger, wider, or different shape breast implants to provide greater cleavage and fullness. Good luck!
