Fixing PAH and breasts fat transfer

Question

Unfortunately I developed PAH on my abdomen after coolsculpting treatment done in June. In addition, due to weight loss I want to do lipofilling of the breasts. As I am not sure when my PAH is stable enough to operate on, I would like to know if I can safely go ahead with lipofilling as I don't want that to be put on hold due to PAH. Probably I would need to wear a compression garment over my PAH area as my lower back and flanks will be the donor area. Or would you recommend otherwise?

I think the two issues are unrelated as long as you are not harvesting fat anywhere you had CoolSculpting. Freezing fat results in damage and inflammation to the treated area and subsequent scar tissue where the treatment was performed, making fat harvest from these areas unreliable and unpredictable in terms of viability.

You have healed well enough to go with liposuction and a fat transfer. I do not recommend using any fat involved with the PAH.

It sounds like you’re making things a bit too complicated.
In the end provider selection is by far the most important variable, and this will most likely supersede any issue with PAH or not. 
Understanding your candidacy, what the procedure can and cannot accomplish and finding the right surgeon are the things to focus on.
