Can a facial fat graft help me achieve round apple cheeks after weight loss? (Photos)

I lost 60lbs last year i am 28 years old and my lower cheeks have sunken. I am plann on doing facial fat graft for i dont want definiti on my upper ch eek bones i want round apple cheeks for a youthful look. Can fat graft help me? Is it achievable?
