Hi I have smile lines and hollow under eyes and apparently a lack of collagen in my face which is aging me. Would a facial fat transfer help this or is something else better ?

Based on your photos, the under-eye issue appears to be caused by protruding fat pads combined with volume loss along the tear trough.In cases like this, lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning generally provides a more effective and long-lasting improvement than fat transfer alone.
As for the nasolabial folds, these are often related to mid-cheek volume loss rather than the fold itself.In such cases, fat grafting to the mid-cheek and nasolabial region can help restore support and soften the lines.
An in-person evaluation is necessary, but from the photos,fat repositioning for the under-eyes + selective facial fat grafting for the mid-cheek/nasolabial area would be the most anatomically appropriate approach.
