Identifying eye / cheekbone concern - how can I minimize darkness and "U"shaped under eye line? (Photo)

Awesome177557
Male 42 I am having trouble naming this issue which makes exoloring solutions and providers difficult. - Cheekbones are more prominent, and the contrast between area under eye is gowing more noticeable. - From my exploration part of this is potentially fat loss in that area but I’m confused about what is connected to eye area vs natural face structure. Is this considered “tear trough” area? - Essentially I would like to minimize the appearance of that u shaped line that frames my eye socket. And minimize the darkness. Any direction on what this is happening and what the official name is, or types of treatments to explore further would be appreciated. More background: - regular clear & brilliant (every 2 months) - Botox forehead and crows feet area - Red light
