My eyelid crease is deformed and my eye shape also looks round vs almond shape - what are my revision options? (photos)

Upper eyelids have a particular curve which makes them attractive. Contrary to popular belief, the maximum height of the upper eyelid curve is not at the center or to the lateral side but over the medial third. The lateral upper eyelid should not be higher than the medial eyelid. Secondly, the fullness above your crease and your crease height are different on the left side: you have some volume loss and a higher crease.
Most things in plastic surgery about anatomy, physiology and details of prior injury/surgery. With attention to those details, your surgeon should be able to improve your eyelid: go and see him/her!!
