I'm a 6’4” 185lbs male and I'm around 15% body fat. I always had a very round face and I am interested in leaning out my cheeks area and making them more concave. I circled the area in the photo I provided.

Thanks for your question. The Buccal Fat of the face makes the face look fuller but considering how low your fat percentage is, you can benefit from removing your buccal fat and it can give more definition to your face. You should consult to a board certified surgeon for more information.

Cheek augmentation may provide the concave appearance you’re looking for by increasing cheekbone projection and balancing your facial features. Augmenting the cheeks can be done with filler injections for a softer enhancement, or custom-fit surgical implants for a permanent result.
