since I was a teenager I’ve always had slight lines at the corners of my mouth and one side was more significant. Now that I’m older and have lost some volume in my face this side has gotten to the point where there’s a noticeable bulge of fat under my cheek. The other side is not as bad and the fat doesn’t pop out in 3/4 profile. Just wondering if anything can be done about it.
