AccuTite left me asymmetrical and with scars, divots, etc.

Question

I had Accutite done on my jawline, neck and cheek area. I have two divots above where the Accutite wand went into my cheeks. Too much fat was taken out. I have irregular skin in this area as well. On one side of my cheek is scars like rolling acne-type scarring. On top of all this, I am asymmetrical. One side had a lot more fat taken from the jawline, neck and cheek. What can be done to fix these issues? I would greatly appreicate some insight from doctors as this has been devastating.

Hello! I'm so sorry to hear about these concerns. How long ago did you get the procedure? It is very common with a lot of aesthetic procedures that in the days following, the face looks asymmetrical, swollen, uneven, etc. but all of this heals in time and with proper rest. If it has been weeks since the procedure, I would recommend seeing a doctor for an aesthetic consult. It is possible that dermal fillers can fix the symmetry and microneedling can help with the scarring, but a doctor would need to see you in person to know for sure.
