Purely based on your photos, it does appear that you would be a good candidate for a chin implant. Of course you should have a proper consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to come up with a plan that's right for you.

However, based on your photos, you do appear to have a recessed jawline. You may benefit from chin augmentation procedures, such as a chin or mandibular implant. Jawline contouring with minimally invasive dermal fillers is another less permanent option to consider. I highly recommend visiting a board-certified facial plastic surgeon for a comprehensive evaluation and individualized treatment plan to help you achieve your aesthetic goals.

Hello AnonGuy97You deffinitely are a good candidate for a chin augmentation. mental muscles contraction is making the appearance worse now. With chin implant surgery you can have a forwardly placed chin( i want to remind you that forward positioning is limited to 1 cm). Also orthognatic surgery can be considered if there is a problem with teeth relations to each other.
