I'm worried about getting just a chin implant because I feel like it won't help give me the definition I need. I'm not sure I'm even a candidate for a procedure to help my jawline. I want the type of sharp defined jawline that people get with fillers, but I want it permanently!

Answer: Stronger jaw Dear jdixon95, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from chin augmentation. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Jawline Improvement Chin implants and genioplasty are both great options for more chin definition. Chin implants can give you horizontal projection while a genioplasty can give you both horizontal and vertical projection. In younger patients like yourself, skin tightening devices such as Ultherapy, Profound, or FaceTite can help give that more "defined" jawline by tightening the neck skin. Chin or full wrap jaw implants can be customized as well. I often design custom facial implants after a patient undergoes a CT scan. These options really depend on the aesthetic look you are trying to achieve.
