I've always been self-conscious about the lower half of my face (the lower half of face looks awkward and sad) and am wondering if I'm a good candidate for a chin implant or what other procedures would help address these issues. I also feel that my face is crooked (the left side of my face is slightly higher than the right) due to an incorrect palatal expander worn as a 12yo (an incorrect expander was placed in the roof of my mouth for 8 months so only 1 side was being expanded).

If you want more defined jawline you will need an early face/neck lift followed by threads to maintain, fillers. you can get customized implants for chin and jawline but they may make you look wider.
