I am very insecure about my smile, my lip rolls under and extra lip sticks out creating a double lip. I also have a thick frenulum attachment from my upper lip to my gums, this is very unflattering. When lips are closed my upper lip appears very bumpy and uneven, my lips dont look proportional.

Double lip repair consists of removing the inner roll of wet mucosa that is causing the double roll appearance through a horizontal excision. At the same time, the maxillary frenum can be released so it is not seen.
