Although there is no pain or anything, it just dosen't look good. Is there a way to reduce it's size by any exercise or medicine. I use vaseline or lip guard on my lips daily at night. In the morning a layer of skin forms on the lips, after i brush my teeth this layer kind of breaks/cracks. So I feel like taking the rest of the skin of, so I lick and rub out the rest of the skin layer. I always try to hold my lower lip under my upper lip so it looks smaller.

Lip reduction induces scar tissue in the lip. Any more surgery to make lips big again will be risky. You are better off with getting a Hyaluronic Acid like Juvederm or Restylane to build up the lip. It is not a permanent solution but is the safest.

Large lips can be reduced by cutting out a segment of the lip from the inside. This way there is no visible scar. Cost would vary depending on the particular situation and whether only one lip needs to be reduced or both.
