I've spoken with two doctors and both have said my nasal bone is straight and the tip of my nose is completely aligned in the center of my face, but my deviated septum is causing a "c" shape in my nose. If I went through with a septoplasty, would my nose be completely straight afterwards (as in, the "c" shape completely gone?).
