HelloYou can have either procedure performed first. however, the best option for you if you are going to do both, is to have them performed at the same time. This will reduce your recovery time to one period vs. two. It would also help you understand the impact of both on your final result. Since your preference is to have cheek implants and rhinoplasty at different times, there is no advantage to having one done before the other.  They really could be done in any order you like.  Having the cheek implants first would not increase the risks of rhinoplasty.
