I Got A Bbl A Year Ago I Have Experience Some Issues I Feel Like Stabbing Needles Inside Burning Sensation I Have A Few Hard Lumps That Are Painful When I Sit Down The Pain Becomes More Severe, I Have Gone To The P.S 10X For This Reason Last Time He Injected Cortisone But Did Not Ease No Pain. I Got An Ultrasound In The E.R And It Did Show Excessive Scar Tissue Theres A Pain That Goes From My Hip/Buttocks Shoots All The Way Down To My Toes ;

Based on your description of pain (Pain That Goes From My Hip/Buttocks Shoots All The Way Down To My Toes ), there is a chance that you have sciatica.  I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment. Only after thorough examination you can get proper recommendations and advice.

it's not normal to have pain one year after a BBL but you probably already knew that.  Pain radiating down your leg to your toes it's possibly not related to your BBL. I suggest you get a work up from a pain specialist.  This sounds more typical of sciatic pain which most frequently comes from lower back issues.  And MRI is going to be a much more accurate radiographic work up then an alter sound to identify the size and exact location of nodules. This most likely represent fat necrosis.    Unless the area is a fat necrosis or close to the skin in which case it's possible to do a surgical excision you will probably need to live with these.  It is however important to differentiate and make sure there's not another source of pain that may be treatable.  Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
