Is it normal to feel stabbing needles burning inside your buttocks severe pain hard lumps a year post op from BBL?

I Got A Bbl A Year Ago I Have Experience Some Issues I Feel Like Stabbing Needles Inside Burning Sensation I Have A Few Hard Lumps That Are Painful When I Sit Down The Pain Becomes More Severe, I Have Gone To The P.S 10X For This Reason Last Time He Injected Cortisone But Did Not Ease No Pain. I Got An Ultrasound In The E.R And It Did Show Excessive Scar Tissue Theres A Pain That Goes From My Hip/Buttocks Shoots All The Way Down To My Toes ;
