If you get pregnant after lipo, there will be no detrimental effect on your results or on your pregnancy. However, if you gain significant weight and keep it on, pregnant or not, your results will look lumpy and unaesthetic until you lose the weight that you've gained.

Liposuction will not affect pregnancy down the road. But pregnancy will affect your liposuction results. We suggest you get your surgery after you are done having children, as you might gain back the weight and reverse your results.
