The key point to your question can be answered by the fact that choosing a surgeon with at leaast 15 years of experience that has amazing sense of aesthetic to predict your body mass ratio and overall changes to your body after a pregnancy based on your skin contraction ratio and amount of fat to remove to get great results.  Liposuction is a procedure that highly experienced and specialized to get good results.  Instruments such as Vaser laser Smart etc wont make a difference in final results as published in Journal of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and they are just marketing tools to charge more for same procedure.   Choose surgeon wisely to get amazing results.

Yes, you can have laser lipo prior to pregnancy. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction which can be performed at the same time as an arm lift, if you're a candidate.
