In answer to the 2nd part of your question, it is possible to overtreat, which could effect the appearance of the gluteal crease, or the fold where your buttock meets your upper thigh, or it is possible to develop lipotrophs, or excessive dimpled areas, where too much fat has been removed in a single region.
