I am 5 weeks post op and developed an open wound. Does this look like I should continue doing wet to dry dressing or switch to method. Just asking for best suggestions at this time so I no longer have a PS.

Answer: Wound care I strongly recommend seeing a plastic surgeon, even if it's not the one that did your surgery. That wound needs critical attention. There are sutures exposed, some necrotic tissue to debride at the very minimum. If you have an implant in place, then that's at serious risk for infection. There are many issues at play here - you cannot treat this on your own!
